Li Sun Oolong
If you have never try Li Sun oolong, then you have not yet taste the best of Taiwanese teas. At 2000 meters in elevation, Li Sun produces the second most expensive high-mountain tea in Taiwan, trailing behind Dai Yu Lin.
This tea is highly praised for the long-lasting fragrance and sweet aftertaste. Slightly lower in its oxidation level than Dong Ding Oolong, Li Sun oolong yields nectarine-like liquor. Although the appearance of the liquor is light in color, Li Sun oolong tea is actually full body and extra smooth in taste. A small pinch can brew up to eight times or more.
